Disappointing 3-0 loss for MN United to Chicago Fire tonight. So many fouls. So many yellow cards. Nothing happening for the Loons at all tonight. Horrible game for end of season with playoffs clinched. ⚽️

An incredible day of soccer getting to see Lionel Messi, one of the greatest soccer players to ever play the game, come onto Allianz Field and score the sole Inter Miami goal in a 4-1 loss against MN United. Security and press coverage was way more than usual. PULGA = GOAT! ⚽️🐐

I had a great time watching the Timberwolves play the Indiana Pacers. The Wolves fell asleep a bit in the 2nd quarter but came back in the 3rd. The game tied and went to overtime, unfortunately with the Pacers winning 132-130. 🏀

Vikings played so bad tonight. The last two games put a very sour ending on a season with fourteen wins. 😣🏈
Colorado Avalanche v Minnesota Wild tonight. Hockey is such a great live game. Fresh snow made it super difficult to get here - missed the first period. 3-1 with Colorado in the lead. 😬🏒
Vikings v Cardinals
We went to the Vikings v Cardinals game today. Tammy decided that we should take in a football game and got us all set up. We had seats on club level right at the 50 yard line.
The first three quarters of the game were frankly a yawn. A collection of 6 field goals left the Cardinals ahead 12 to 6. Seriously watching teams just go back and forth and score field goals was not thrilling.
Then the Cardinals scored a touchdown and made it 19 to 6. That seemed to wake the Vikings from their slumber. They scored a touchdown getting to 19 to 13. Then some more field goals put the game at 22 to 16 with the Vikings finally taking the lead for the very first time in the final minutes of the game with a touchdown taking them to 23 to 22. The Cardinals had a possession and time, great defense held them and then they threw an interception in the final minute shutting the game down.
The first three boring quarters were all forgotten with that excitement!
