• Stunned by how hard it is going to be to do a cross-platform (win to mac) upgrade of Photoshop.
• Trying to call Adobe support for my CS3 license and the wait is so long they just end the call immediately.
• On hold for 30 minutes and still waiting to process Photoshop upgrade.
• Still on hold with Adobe Sales. Wow.
• After being on hold for 1 hour, reach a human, who puts me on hold, and the call disconnects. ARGGH!
• About ready to give up on Adobe for the night.
• Successfully upgraded Photoshop and Illustrator. Very painful. Still have to send a fax tomorrow!
