		<description>Definitely not the intended behavior. I modified the CSS slightly. For some reason this doesn&#039;t happen on Safari or Firefox on the Mac. Let me know if it still isn&#039;t fixed -- note that since it was a change in an underlying CSS the cache may need to be kicked if it doesn&#039;t fix right away.</description>

In other words, I need to scroll to the bottom of the page to see the sidebar. This is true on the &quot;home page&quot;, as well as each article.
