I finally got a chance to watch Inside Job tonight. Wow. Very good documentary on the financial collapse. For those that have read a bit about the issue the recap of CDO’s and Swaps will be redundant, but it’s not much. The skewering of the ratings agencies and the economic profession is pointed.

I’m looking forward to seeing this movie. I have it in my queue for Netflix. I also recommend “Too Big to Fail” on HBO. It should be out on DVD in about 6 months or so.
Thanks for the suggestion Pat. I’ve also got Michael Lewis’ book The Big Short on my list. I’ve heard very good things. I don’t know that I want to read or watch too much on this, it gets me really frustrated but it’s good to get the details.
I agree about the frustrating part. Frontline has a really good show about this as well. I forgot to mention this in an earlier post. I believe it aired a year or two ago if you haven’t seen it already. I’ll have to check that book out as well. Thanks.
