		<description>Rick! Thank you for pointing this out, but more importantly thanks for highlighting that I wasn&#039;t using Creative Commons. I didn&#039;t even think about it and should have. I&#039;ve now switched the attribution and wording to using the Creative Commons license. I&#039;ve also added the appropriate information to the footer of the site, in addition to the RSS feed.

		<description>I haven&#039;t been super-current on IP law lately, but seem to remember a rule of thumb that you should always have &quot;All Rights Reserved&quot; following the copyright notice.  

This is probably different if you were going with one of the Creative Commons releases.</description>
